International Student or U.S Resident Alien Application for Admission
    

NOTE TO APPLICANT: Do not use this application if:

  • you are a U.S. Citizen;
  • you are applying for admission as a special student; or
  • you have been previously enrolled at UT Arlington as a degree seeking student in a graduate program within the last 5 years.

NOTE: Acrobat Reader is required for viewing the forms, download Acrobat Reader for free. IMPORTANT: To save time in downloading any of the Graduate School PDF forms, right-click (Windows) or click-and-hold (Mac) on the link and select the command closest to 'Save Link to Disk', 'Save Link As', 'Download Link to Disk' or 'Save Target As' and save the file to your computer.

Applicants must complete all forms listed below in the Application Package.

Admissions Checklist for Degree Seeking International Students

NOTE: Items 1, 2, and 3 should be submitted by the posted Admissions Deadline date and are required before the Graduate School will forward your application to the Graduate Advisor of your intended program for an admission recommendation.

1. [ ] Properly completed International Student application for admission.
2. [ ] Payment of the non-refundable application evaluation charge of
U.S.
        $60.00.

3. [ ] One, but preferably two copies, of official U.S. or foreign country
        transcripts or marksheets and diplomas from all colleges and
        universities attended.

NOTE: It is advisable to submit items 4, 5, and 6 by the posted admissions deadline date, but if that is not possible, submit them as soon after the deadline as time permits.

4. [ ] Official standardized test scores (GRE, GMAT, TOEFL, TSE) as
        required by your intended program of admission.
5. [ ] Three letters of recommendation.
6. [ ] General academic plans.

NOTE: Although the documentations listed in items 7 and 8 are required, they are not reviewed until the Graduate Advisor of your intended program has evaluated your academic qualifications and recommended admission. It is advisable to submit these documents by the posted deadline date or as soon after the deadline as time permits. 

7. [ ] If you currently hold or are requesting a change to an F-1 student
        visa, submit a properly completed UT Arlington Financial Forms.
8. [ ] If a non F-1 student, submit documentation verifying current
