If you are not currently enrolled at UT Arlington, but you are a former graduate student who was admitted to a Degree Seeking program and you want to reapply for Graduate School.

Please select the option that best describes your circumstances and access the links to the forms you will need in in order to apply:

1. You were enrolled within the last five years as a degree-seeking graduate student but did not graduate. You did not enroll in the previous fall or spring semester but would now like to resume graduate studies in the same graduate program in which you were previously enrolled.
 

U.S. citizen or U.S. Resident Alien, complete the following form:

• Fee Payment Form For Application For Readmission

 International Student, complete the following forms:

2. You were enrolled within the last five years as a degree-seeking graduate student and wish to resume graduate studies in a different degree program. Please submit the following forms.

You received a Master's or Doctoral degree within the last 5 years but did not enroll in the previous fall or spring semester and you would now like to pursue another Master or Doctoral degree.
