UT Arlington academic units may review the details of each university recruiting calendar
(Texas Swing) event by simply clicking on the event/location shown on the calendar. The
resulting page will provide a profile of the event including date and time, location, contact person and registration information. Also available in the profile is a research link that provides valuable statistical information specific to the event site. If you wish to attend one of these events, please click on the Coordination Request link and submit your request online to the Graduate School. This request will tell us how we can best support your participation in that event.
The Graduate School will provide, on a
first-come-first-served basis, the following support:

Payment of the registration fee for the first table at each sponsored event if participants from that department will:

collect prospect cards for all programs on campus
-
enter prospect information into the
recruiting database
-
return those cards immediately to the Graduate School
Upon receipt of the cards and a simple after action report, the Graduate School will reimburse the department for the registration expense.
Note: Other academic units may purchase additional table space through the listed event contact person.
