Due to the change in UT Arlington's
student information system,
applicants for Summer 2006 and
beyond will not be able to
check their application
status. We hope to provide
this capability in the future.
You will be notified
electronically if you provided
an email address on your
application form or by postal
mail if you did not provide an
email address of the receipt
and data entry of your
application into the
university computer system.
This process will take 2 to 3
weeks after receipt of your
application in the Graduate
School Office. Approximately 3
to 5 weeks later a 2nd
notification regarding your
file status (whether it is
complete or incomplete) will
be sent. This notification
will provide details so that
you can make arrangements to
complete your file. When your
file is complete it will be
referred to the graduate
advisor and you will be
notified as soon as the
Graduate Dean has finalized
the admission decision.
If you should wish to contact
us by email or postal mail
concerning the status of your
file please allow 7 to 14
working days for a response.
All inquiries and
correspondence must include
your name and Student ID
Number.
